Services We Offer

Physical Therapy

A WHOLE BODY evaluation will be performed to thoroughly assess your status prior to developing your individualized plan of care for conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, and acute and chronic injuries. When PT is properly maximized for early rehabilitation through sport specific training, athletes return to sport stronger, faster, and at less risk of injury than they likely were pre-injury. I will work directly with you and any providers involved in your care to get you back on your trajectory safely and stronger.

Group & Team Training

Injury prevention programs for specific sports or activities can also be performed to a group and/or team. These programs will include injury screens and movement assessments to each individual and a program will be catered to the group's needs. Sport specific training will be customized to enhance performance as a whole. Reach out to receive further information so that a program can be customized to your team's needs.

Stretch Lab

You will receive one on one customized sessions that will include massage therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, and/or muscular stretching to minimize any asymmetries or restrictions. This allows muscle fibers to properly align and optimize performance through adequate stability and strength, while minimizing risk for injury.

Running Evaluation & Development

The initial running evaluation will include video assessment to record running technique from various perspectives. This provides individualized information to thoroughly assess causes for injury and offers specific information to maximize speed and running efficiency. Assessments will be reviewed with each client to then develop and implement a customized program addressing asymmetries and weaknesses. This is recommended for all athletes looking to get stronger and faster in their sport, as well as for running specific athletes.

Sport Specific Training and Injury Prevention

Smaller stabilizing muscles are often neglected with strength training and sport specific training. It is essential that these key muscles are properly trained to significantly minimize risk for injury and improve sports performance. An evaluation will be performed to assess mobility restrictions or weaknesses while working 1:1 towards sport specific goals.
